Positions are available in the following departments:
We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our Digital Fabrication Department. This department is responsible for fabricating parts made of wood, fiberglass, and metal – all of which are cut on our state of the art CNC machine. Qualified applicants must have experience operating a 3 axis CNC router and they must be able to work from blueprints or diagrams to produce accurate parts. Experience with Alpha Cam, Cabinet Vision and Rhino CAD software is preferred. Growth opportunities for the right person.
PAINT AND FIBERGLASS
Our in-house paint department is looking for experienced people for fairing, priming, painting and detail work. Work ethic, leadership skills, and experience could lead to supervisory position. An eye for quality is important and we strive for perfection in every project. Marine painting experience is a definite plus.
MECHANICAL / AC / REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
Our in-house mechanical systems department is looking for some dedicated technicians. Good mechanical aptitude and background are necessary as you will be installing and servicing hydraulic steering systems, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, freshwater systems and running gear such as shafts and propellers. Our new construction and service yard projects involve the highest standards of quality. An excellent work ethic, attention to detail and self-motivation are mandatory. The ability to troubleshoot problems with these projects and ABYC certification will be considered a plus.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN
Our in-house electrical department is looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Technician who has considerable knowledge of electrical systems. The qualified candidate will be involved with wire runs for yacht electrical systems, mechanical wiring systems, marine electronics installation, lighting, monitoring systems and audio/visual systems installation for both new construction and service yard projects. Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities will be useful on the service yard projects. A superior work ethic and attention to detail are mandatory. ABYC certification is a plus. The qualified candidate will be joining a talented and motivated crew and with the right skillset and work ethic will have the opportunity for advancement.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY & CABINETRY
We are seeking talented individuals for our Interior Carpentry & Cabinetry Department. The qualified candidate will have experience in cabinet making or finish carpentry. We create high end, custom cabinetry, fabricate and install interior floors, wainscoting, doors and door jambs for our new construction and service yard projects. Experience with fine joinery, laminates, veneers, teak and exotic woods required. The ability to work with radius and curved surfaces is helpful. The most successful individuals have come from other woodworking industries that require familiarity with tools, experience, and desire to be the best.
We are seeking talented individuals for our Exterior Carpentry Department. The qualified candidate will be working on both new construction and service yard projects. This department is responsible for fitting bow decks, construction of the anchor locker, flybridge and trim (including seating), console, toe rail, window molding, transom, mezzanine, teak decks and rod lockers, etc. The ability to work with radius and curved surfaces is a plus. Self-motivation, a good work ethic and attention to detail important.
