SERVICE WRITER
Qualified applicants are highly motivated administrative professionals with superior customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Ideal candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and share in the vision for future growth and success of the company.
REQUIREMENTS: General knowledge of service operations – familiarity with any or all aspects of boatyard service operations, including mechanical/electrical, carpentry, paint/fair work a plus; computer proficiency – Microsoft Office & basic bookkeeping MANDATORY – familiarity with our current operating system, DOCKMASTER, a plus; developing work orders, scheduling, estimates, materials lists and billing; professional customer communications, verbal & written; general administrative and office equipment knowledge. Must have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions and be able to physically board boats in the water and on land.
NEATNESS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and SOLID WORK ETHIC are imperative for success in this position. Full time position, medical/dental, vacation, holidays and more.

MARINE A/C / REFRIGERATION / MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Bayliss Boatworks, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Systems position with experience and certification in A/C and Refrigeration. Organization, excellent work ethic and people skills are a must.
