Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Bayliss Boatworks products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund for your order.
All returns must be unworn and unwashed, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Returns are easy. Download and complete the Return/Exchange Form and use the carrier most convenient for you!
We will also gladly exchange your merchandise. Please note that in an attempt to keep our merchandise prices low, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Upon receipt of your Return/Exchange and Form, we will process and follow your instructions. If noted, we will issue a credit to your credit card within five (5) business days, less any shipping or other non-refundable fees or charges.
We process our orders through Paypal, and for your protection Paypal sends us your order with encrypted credit card information. You will either need to include your credit card information on the return/exchange form, or call us with that information before you send your return/exchange. Either way, please be assured, your privacy and security are protected.
